Once again the Brits have not done their homework and claimed that Normal People’s Paul Mescal is British and not Irish.
Even the The Guardian, the last bastion of independent news media cocked up on this one, so I found their confidential tip line, spent 30 minutes trying to get through to someone and was able to tip them off with some breaking news – Paul Mescal is in fact Irish.
